Maker Festival Announces Call For Events

Maker Festival’s Call for Events is now open!

Be part of the Month of Making by organizing one of over 100 events, hosted by independent organizations, creative communities, makerspaces, studios and individuals across the city.

It is free to register your event, and by doing so, you benefit from free promotion on the Maker Festival website, mailing list, and social media channels.

Satellite events include:
– workshops
– hackathons
– speaker series
– meet-ups
– performances
– open houses
– tours
– classes
… ANYTHING! So long as it inspires participants to make – or actually gets them making – we want to hear from you!

Event Registration Deadlines:

For events held Jul 6-Jul 23 | June 1st Deadline

For events held Jul 23-Aug 6 | July 1st Deadline

EARLY REGISTRATION BONUS: Register your event on or before June 1st, and your event will benefit from an extra promotional push on the weekend of the Extravaganza to all 14,000+ of our attendees!
