FAIR Magazine

FAIR is an independent print magazine about fermentation in our cultural life. Created, designed, printed and distributed locally, FAIR explores this fermented world, who makes it, how, and the way it inspires people.
We want to share our love for fermentation, show people that fermentation is everywhere around them, and that adopting it in your diet is easy (and delicious)!
We collaborate with all kinds of makers: artists, natural-wine makers, fermentation DIY enthusiasts.

Hands-on activity at the Festival:
We’ll show different stages of a product that we fermented ourselves, and distribute easy-to-make recipes to ferment your own food and beverages at home! We will also have a small activity where people will have to guess if different kinds of food are fermented or not.
