Frolic’s Haunt

Frolic’s Haunt is a free, volunteer-run, wheelchair- and disabled-accessible haunted house designed specifically for children with disabilities.

Hands-on activity at the Festival:
1) Make your own accessibility button. Participants will be provided with button making supplies and a spooky image template that they can customize prior to assembling their button. We will have open dialogue about accessibility symbols and why having accessible and inclusive activities is important for community health.
2) Our artistic director will lead a paint-your-own latex prosthetic wound workshop (spaces will be limited). Participants will be guided in making their own gruesome prosthetic wound that they can take home with them. They will learn all the steps and will be able to paint their prosthesis on site.
