InterAccess – InterAccess Booth

InterAccess enables creators and innovators to explore the intersections of art, science and technology. We are an art gallery, educational facility and production studio dedicated to the creative use of technology, electronic art and new media culture.
Our programs support art forms that integrate new technologies from conception and development to exhibition and discussion. We explore the impact of technology on the social, political and cultural aspects of contemporary life, and encourage audiences to see anew their relationships with interactive artworks.

Hands-on activity at the Festival:
We will be showing works from passholders in our studio space, past exhibitions, and general information on our activities, workshops and exhbitions.
Participants will be invited to interact with the projects we are presenting, Including our rendition of the Atari Punk Console. The APC is a simple noisemaker circuit based on the 555 timer IC that is famous for its simplicity, elegance, and endless permutations. This project will be presented in conjunction with a workshop in which participants will be able to construct their own and make some noise.

Other interactive projects will be curated from our open studio night.
