MakerKids pop up makerspace

MakerKids pop up makerspace will showcase the best of MakerKids’ student projects, promote the maker spirit, the benefits of learning through making and, most of all, provide a hands-on experience. Our curriculum focuses on: robotics, programming, and Minecraft, however, through these activities kids are provided with an interdisciplinary approach with real world applications.

Components:

  • Interactive
  • Child and adult friendly
  • Showcasing best of Maker Spirit and leading tech for kids

MakerKids will bring our top advanced Arduino student projects to inspire adults and children. We will also teach attendees how to operate an Arduino and light up an LED. We will also have a Minecraft Selfie Station, where attendees can have their photo taken in a Creeper costume with many Minecraft props. Attendees will be able learn something new, have fun and take home a memory from Maker Festival.
